- Update image tags from pinned versions to latest for auto-updates
- Configure Bananaspliff charts with existing configurations

- Radarr: ghcr.io/linuxserver/radarr:5.26.2 -> latest
- Sonarr: ghcr.io/linuxserver/sonarr:4.0.15 -> latest
